Our fatherhood mentoring program is called Elite Dads. These parenting workshops for dads equip you in this new role by offering you support, education, and advice from men who are experienced dads. These workshops have great food and are conducted in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.

Some of the topics include:

  • Relationship skills and developing healthy relationships
  • Managing stress and anger
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-awareness
  • Balancing work and family

  • Parenting Classes: We offer free in-person classes for new and expecting parents. These often cover baby care, child development, discipline, and co-parenting. You can earn points that can be used to receive essential items for your baby
  • Online Parenting Classes: For those who cannot attend in person, we offer online parenting classes where you can also earn points that can be used to receive essential items for your baby.
  • Elite Dads: At RO, we offer a fatherhood support group where you can connect with other dads, share experiences, ask questions, and grow together as a community.
